### What You'll DoAs an Account Manager North-East (m/f/d), you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our most valued SMB restaurant partners in North-Eastern Germany. You'll be responsible for ensuring their continued success and expansion by focusing on:- **Strategic Account Growth:**Manage 150-200 high-value partners in Western Germany to retain and grow their business, identifying upselling and crossselling opportunities through product adoption and location expansion while focusing on negotiating exclusive deals with our partners.- **Maximizing Potential and prioritze:**Proactively uncover and prioritize opportunities to unlock additional revenue for both our partners and Uber Eats.- **Risk Mitigation & Retention:**Identify potential partnership risks and work diligently to provide a premier experience, aiming for 100% account retention.- **Partner Advocacy:**Synthesize partner feedback into actionable insights to help inform our product and business roadmap.- **Relationship Building:**Cultivate long-term partnerships to position Uber Eats as the preferred delivery platform for your accounts.- **Account Planning:**Develop long-term growth and marketing plans through regular business reviews and data-driven analysis.### What You'll Need- A completed Bachelors degree (Masters degree preferred).- Fluent in English and German.- 2+ years of experience in a B2B consulting role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, or upper management/operational role in the food industry.- Customer Lifecycle Navigation: Experience navigating the complete customer lifecycle, including prospecting new contacts within existing client organizations.- Self-Starter Mentality: A proactive and autonomous approach, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: The ability to clearly articulate value propositions, address objections, overcome obstacles, and secure commitment from partners.- Hustle & Dedication: A willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and work closely with our highest-value partners to consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue, retention, and adoption targets.- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: The ability to think strategically, analyze restaurant needs, creatively problem-solve, and identify new opportunities.- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively based on impact.\-\-\-\- Preferred Qualifications ----- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a significant plus).- Google Suite Expertise: Highly proficient in Google Suite, with the ability to create comprehensive and impactful dashboards and presentations.Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
