Data Scientist

Your tasks - this is what awaits you in detail

• You take full responsibility for the end-to-end lifecycle of data science services, from initial conceptualization and prototyping to full-scale production
• You immerse yourself in our marketing organization to become an expert in value creation via the data science toolbox
• Your work will directly influence spending allocation of our marketing budget and overall multi-channel strategy
• You maintain a strong sense of ownership, you ensure the reliability and high performance of your deployed services
• You actively share your expertise to raise the bar for engineering excellence within our data community

Your profile - this is what we expect from you

• You have extensive knowledge of the data science toolbox which includes picking the right methodology for the appropriate problem
• You have a strong foundation in statistical modeling (e.g., causal inference, regression, hypothesis testing)
• Experience with performance marketing, spend optimization and attribution
• Excellent Python and SQL skills are the foundation of your technical craft
• A proactive mindset and the ability to translate complex business problems into high-impact technical solutions define your working style
• Ideally you have some familiarity with modern infrastructure tools like Kafka, Kubernetes, or Datadog and have production experience in a cloud environment (ideally GCP)
• You are fluent in English (C1) and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment
