Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) | Climate-Tech & Innovation

For a growing international technology company operating in the climate-tech sector, we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of digital communication, campaigns and brand visibility.

Location: Stuttgart

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously optimise the corporate website and landing pages with a strong SEO focus
• Plan, manage and improve Google Ads campaigns while analysing performance metrics and reporting results
• Create and manage engaging content for LinkedIn and YouTube tailored to different target audiences
• Conceptualise and produce video content for campaigns, events and digital communication
• Ensure a consistent corporate identity across all marketing materials
• Organise trade fairs, industry events and smaller marketing activities from A to Z
• Plan and host webinars as well as support newsletter and e-mail marketing initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing or Brand Marketing
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow
• Strong knowledge of SEO and performance marketing tools including Google Ads, Google Analytics and Search Console
• Experience working with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Fluent German and English skills (minimum C1 level)

Nice to Have

• Experience with video recording and editing
• Previous involvement in webinars, events or trade-show organisation
• Background in startup environments or climate-tech industries
