Project Coordinator Innovation Excellence (m/f/x)

Your responsibilities

• Project management and coordination tasks, e.g. preparing and facilitating decision-making forums, document management, and internal process management to support the Research & Development (R&D) teams
• Monitoring the status of and reporting on projects within the division, including tracking actions and measuring success using KPIs
• Administration and continuous improvement of project management tools, including user training on MS Planner and best practices
• Management of the overall R&D and project budgets from planning through to monitoring
• Leadership of selected R&D and cross-functional projects in close coordination with stakeholders

Your profile

• Completed degree in business administration, economics, engineering or natural sciences
• Several years of professional experience in project coordination or project controlling/ management, ideally in an R&D environment
• Proficient in the use of project management tools, e.g. MS Planner, MS Project, Jira
• Experienced in KPI-based reporting and controlling is desirable
• Confident use of MS Office
• Business fluent in German and English
• A strong communicator and proactive team player with organisational skills and problem-solving abilities
• Analytical mindset and a structured approach to work
