- Monitoring interfaces on a daily basis for external service providers (IDOCs and automated jobs)
- Acting as an interface between Nintendo IT and Nintendo business departments
- Optimizing IT processes
- Providing end-user training and maintaining process documentation
- Coordinating tickets and open topics for analysis
- Coordinating testing activities
- Supporting projects
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a comparable field
- Professional experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or SAP IT within an international company
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Fluent written and spoken English and German
- Strong analytical skills
- Assertiveness, a hands-on mentality, and the ability to perform under pressure
- Strong drive for results, initiative, and change orientation as key competencies
