This lovely family, based in Berlin, Germany, is looking for an International Nanny to take care of their 2 school-aged children. Someone who speaks English fluently is a must. All general Nanny duties are required in this role. Someone who knows how to drive would be advantageous for this role. The family is seeking a dedicated, long-term nanny or nanny-housekeeper to join them starting in September 2026. This is primarily a live-out position, making it ideal for a candidate already residing in the city; however, the family is open to discussing a live-in arrangement for the perfect match relocating to Berlin. Because both children attend Kita during the day, the nanny schedule will begin in the afternoon with school pickups. Essential responsibilities include taking the children to after-school activities and playdates, planning creative and educational activities, preparing dinner, managing bath time, and assisting with the bedtime routine when required. The family travels throughout Europe for 8 to 12 weeks each year, predominantly during the summer months and requires a nanny who can comfortably accompany them. For candidates looking for additional hours, the family is happy to expand the role into a combined nanny-housekeeper position. The ideal profile will be someone energetic, organised, reliable and professional. (Experience looking after 2 children is a must!). Cooking for the children is required (for the parents from time to time). A valid first-aid qualification is needed for this position.

Working hours: 5 days a week, 2 days off (one weekend day and one weekday ideally). If nanny: weekdays 5 to 6 hours daily + full day (Saturday or Sunday). If Nanny-Housekeeper: 8 to 9 hours daily

Duties include:

• cooking healthy meals for the children,
• following morning and afternoon routines,
• changing nappies and helping with potty/toilet training,
• helping the older child with homework,
• teaching general life skills, such as basic hygiene and manners,
• creating activities and playdates,
• preparing and administering healthy food for the children,
• preparing and assisting with bath time and bedtime,
• cleaning and washing up after children's meals,
• washing and ironing children's clothes,
