Customer Service Representative in Telemarketing (Inside Sales Representative) (Ruminants) (m/f/d)
What can you expect?
You will be in direct telephone contact with our veterinary clients and serve as the primary point of contact for all questions regarding our ruminant products and services.
You will analyze your customers' individual needs, create tailored offers, and consistently follow through until a successful close. Your willingness to engage in active telephone sales, combined with your empathy and ability to quickly build trust, makes you a key factor in our success.
In this role, you will work closely with the field sales team, product management, and your sales manager.
