The primary responsibility of the Project Manageris the successful delivery of MAK-SYSTEM's advanced softwaresolutions to clients.This roleprovidesday-to-day management of projectsincluding risk management, stakeholder communications, as well as facilitate project implementationand overcome project barriers.

Project Managers are domain and location agnostic. They may have a primary geographic location and/or functional domain but may be asked to work with other functional domains or other geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables that support project goals in collaboration
  with customers, teams, programmanage, and other stakeholders

• Define project charter & success criteria and disseminate them to involve parties throughout
  project life cycle

• Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communications documents based on
  best practices

• Set and deliver project delivery phases (marked by milestones) and obtain necessary acknowledgement from customers (signature), to ensure company's revenue recognition.

• Understand the needs of the client putting them in touch with the right colleagues when issues and opportunities are identified

• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and lead,prioritise and support them to take the actions needed to deliver

• Plan, identify, assign, and monitorthe resourcesneeded to deliver projects efficiently, to ahigh qualitywithoutputs on time and to budget

• Build, develop, and grow the business relationships needed for the success of the project and
  beyond

• Monitor and drive project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to
  ensure that the project team delivers a satisfactory result to the customer

• Proactively and collaboratively manage changes in project scope, identify and addresspotential issues well ahead of time, and ensure contingency plans are in place for when thingsgo wrong

• Maintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports

• Conduct project postmortems, andidentifyand implement improvements to make thingsbetter next time

Compliance Requirements:

Theemployeeis required to comply with all applicable data protection and information security policies and procedures relevant to its role. This includes actively supporting the principles of privacy by design and confidentiality when handling personal and health-related information,as applicable to its role.

The employeeshall:

• Ensure appropriate handling ofpersonal andhealth information in line with confidentiality and integrity standards;

• Report suspected data breaches or security incidents promptly;

• Follow established access control, data classification, and secure communication protocols;

• Participate in mandatory training and audits related to information security and data protection;

• Practice responsibilities as defined in the Information Security Policy in accordance with theemployee's role.

Previous Experiences/Qualifications:

• Experience in IT project management, preferably in IT Healthcare industry
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills in German and English
  

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. toperform critical job functions, trending, reporting metrics etc.;

• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum)

• Cost and risk management skills

• Flexibility to travel onsite based on customer request

• Strong and natural leadership
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Autonomy required and capacity to work within a worldwide team

• Problem-solving skills and ability to find innovative ways to resolve them

• Comfortable working with customers and colleagues at all levels and from avariety of cultures and backgrounds

• Strong team player, with good critical thinking skills

• Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures

• Experienceimproving how things are done, as well as making sure they get done

You may have (nice to have but not essential):

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science or equivalent
Project-Management Professional (PMP) certification- Project Management Institute
