Job Description
As a Sales Analyst, Large Banking Groups you will be an active contributor within Visa's Sales organization in Germany and plays a meaningful role in shaping, developing and growing key banking partnerships across the Savings and Cooperative Banking sectors.
Working side by side with Account Executives, the role combines commercial execution, client-oriented analysis and strategic coordination. You will be deeply involved in client engagements, commercial initiatives and strategic programs - from preparation through execution to follow-up.
This role represents an excellent entry point into a dynamic, high-impact sales environment at Visa, offering early ownership, close exposure to senior stakeholders and hands-on experience with complex client ecosystems and strategic payment topics.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Client Collaboration
- Collaborate with Account Executives in the planning, preparation and execution of client engagements
- Actively contribute to pipeline development, deal structuring and follow-up activities
- Participate in and help shape client meetings, workshops and business reviews
Commercial & Performance Analysis
- Prepare and interpret financial, performance and contract-related analyses (e.g. MSD, PV achievement, commercial performance)
- Co-create annual and quarterly business reviews for banking clients
- Track performance metrics, identify trends and derive insights, opportunities and potential risks
Sales Materials & Proposals
- Develop, refine and maintain client presentations, proposals and supporting materials
- Customize standardized content to reflect specific client needs and strategic priorities
- Ensure a consistently high quality and professional standard across all client-facing materials
Cross-Team Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate inputs from Product, Consulting and other internal teams for sales initiatives
- Accompany post-deal activities and support a smooth transition into delivery
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools and templates

- Tangible contribution to successful client engagements and commercial outcomes
- Strong analytical and conceptual input enabling confident, fact-based sales discussions
- Trusted, collaborative working relationship with Account Executives and internal partners
- Gradually increasing responsibility across defined client segments and workstreams

Qualifications
- Strong analytical capabilities and a genuine interest in sales and commercial topics
- Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style
- Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders
- Excellent German and English skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present in both
Preferred Qualifications
- Initial experience in sales, consulting, banking, finance or strategy environments
- Interest in digital payments, financial institutions and complex client landscapes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Motivation to develop towards a broader sales or account management role
