For our HR team, we are looking for an HR Working Student - 20 hours/week
Are you an enthusiastic student looking to jumpstart your HR career with a global industry leader? At SAFRAN Helicopter Engines Germany, we offer you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute your ideas and develop your skills in a dynamic international environment.
Your Tasks:
• Prepare and update employment contracts and agreements
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Create employment references
• Restructure and archive payroll documents and maintain data quality
• Assist with internal controls and absence management
• Manage HR purchase requests
• Issue various HR-related certificates and confirmations (e.g., A1, business travel, parental leave...)
• Contribute to the digitalization and automation of HR workflows
What you bring:
• Enrolled in an business (ideally HR-related) degree (max. 2nd semester)
• Located in Hamburg or Schleswig-Holstein (your workplace: Norderstedt)
• Fluent in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
• First knowledge of German labor law
• Comfortable working with digital tools and AI-based solutions
• Motivation to learn, take initiative, and work independently
• Practical, hands-on mentality with a drive to continuously improve processes
• Good organizational and communication skills
