About The Company
Our client is one of the fastest-growing startups in the world. The team includes engineers and operators from Meta AI, Google, Amazon, and leading European startups. They have built AI Agent Co-Workers that live inside your corporate workspace and automate the daily humdrum.
About The Role
The Community Manager will run the community Slack, owning the room day to day, answering questions fast, routing things to the right teams and people and chasing up, as well as seeding conversations. You will set the norms, the channels, the culture and coordinate across the customer support, engineering, and product teams, and manage those stakeholders.
You will also organise events and fuel grassroots movements to build the wider community, as well as owning and moderating the Reddit presence, Trustpilot and G2 reviews, and the rest.
The role will run campaigns that turn happy users into case studies, and keep the rating climbing, activate people, drive community signups, and convert participants into champions.

Your first 90 days will look like:
  • 30 days: you know the room cold. Response times are tight, the dead channels are gone, and you've shipped the first version of onboarding for new members. The team is already seeing feedback summaries from you weekly.
  • 60 days: active members are climbing, you've run your first event with real turnout, a champion and ambassador layer is forming, and review volume on G2 and Trustpilot is up. Support, engineering, and product are moving against patterns you surfaced.
  • 90 days: the community is a growth and retention engine. Events run on a cadence, grassroots momentum is building, public ratings are climbing, customer stories flow into marketing, and "the community" is something prospects hear about as a reason to choose the product.
About You
We are looking for an experienced community manager with:
  • Slack, Discord, forum, subreddit community management for a B2B SaaS product start-up / scale-up
  • Social media conversation starter, ability to make people feel seen, and you're funny in a thread
  • Excellent organisational and relationship skills to get things done across teams.
  • Events experience, building onboarding flows, tracking engagement, and closing the loop
  • Technical curiosity to hold your own with technical users, read a workflow, and understand what the product actually does. AI-native
  • Stand out writing skills with a clear, warm, fast tone of voice for short messages that land
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
What's On Offer
Competitive salary for the right person and meaningful equity at an early stage. Hybrid role, with several days a week in the Munich or Warsaw office.
Don't meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. We are dedicated to diverse, inclusive and authentic recruitment, as is our client, so if you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
