Gabriel, a world-leading supplier of furniture fabrics, is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager - Enterprise & Direct Business to join our dynamic team in Germany.

As a proactive and goal-oriented Key Account Manager, you will build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and translate their needs into tailored, commercially viable solutions from our portfolio. Your focus will be on identifying, developing, and managing strategic customers and partners across enterprise accounts, interior design, workplace solutions, and contract furnishing.

Working remotely, with our showroom in Hamburg as the base location, this role plays a key part in expanding our direct business in Northern Germany. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the German sales team and report to the Sales Director, Germany.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow direct business with enterprise and corporate customers
  • Identify and target key customers across office, interior, workplace, hospitality, public sector, education, and healthcare
  • Build relationships with architects, designers, consultants, and real estate stakeholders
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts while developing new business
  • Analyse market trends and identify new commercial opportunities
  • Present solution concepts to clients and partners
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Contribute to regional market strategy
  • Representing the company at meetings and industry events
  • Maintain CRM data, pipeline, and forecasts

Profile
  • Experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development
  • Industry experience in interior design, furniture, or related sectors
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset and structured approach
  • Fluent in German and good English language skills
  • Willingness to travel in the sales region and occasionally to other national and international locations
