- Social Media Strategy & Execution: You develop and implement holistic social media strategies for our hotel clients.
- Holistic Content Creation (Organic & Paid): You conceptualize and create organic social content (including editing, copywriting, and visual design) while strategically integrating paid initiatives from the outset.
- Content & Community Management: You create and manage editorial calendars, oversee community management, and conduct performance analyses.
- Social Ads Campaigns: You plan, design, and optimize social ads campaigns, including budget responsibility.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: You work closely with colleagues from SEO, content, web, and performance (e.g., in the context of Social SEO) to develop integrated solutions for our clients.
- Workshops: You lead workshops and strategy meetings with your clients.
- Analysis & Reporting: You evaluate campaigns, prepare reports, and derive actionable optimization measures.
- Innovation & Trend Awareness: You scout new platforms, AI tools, and content formats and actively integrate them into your work, for example when launching new products.
Your profile
- Education: You hold a completed degree (e.g., in Business Administration, Media, Information Sciences, Tourism Management) or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: You have at least 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing-ideally within the hospitality industry, tourism sector, or an agency environment. Experience in independently managing clients or working on interdisciplinary projects is a plus.
- Social Media Ads & KPIs: You possess strong expertise in social media ads, tracking, KPIs, and reporting.
- Creativity & Tools: You are creative, excel at storytelling, and are confident using tools such as Canva, InDesign, and MS Office.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- AI-Driven Mindset: You are passionate about AI tools and new technologies, bring your own use cases, and leverage AI far beyond ChatGPT.
- Mindset & Work Style: You are hands-on, innovative, and enthusiastic about trends, travel, and hospitality. At the same time, you think strategically, execute effectively, and bring strong analytical skills.
- Ownership & Team Spirit: You enjoy taking responsibility, actively share your knowledge with colleagues, and are strong in consulting, well-organized, and team-oriented.
