You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Planning and execution of product and process audits
• Planning and monitoring of requalification tests
• Planning and execution of product-safety line walks
• Application and coordination of launch management (Swimlane Launch)
• Further development and monitoring of the layered process audit system
• Driver of optimization for the Webasto Production System (WPS) and FPA program in the plant

• Coaching of departments in the implementation of measures
• Technical expertise
• Knowledge in the field of quality management
• Methodological competence for quality advance planning (e.g., FMEA)
• Problem-solving procedures (e.g., 8D)
