Working Student (m/f/d)

MariApps Marine Solutions is a maritime digital solutions company focused on providing maritime enterprises with customized applications and software solutions, specifically its flagship product smartPAL. Headquartered in Singapore, MariApps has development centers in Kochi and Mumbai, India, and sales and support offices in Germany, Cyprus, Dubai, and France.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Working Student (m/f/d) in IT Support to strengthen our team. If you are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and enjoy supporting users in an international environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and updating of the IT inventory, ensuring all devices are properly recorded
• Assist in the IT equipment purchase process, including ordering, inventory registration, invoice checks, and preparing devices for disposal
• Help review vessel-related invoices and compare them with existing contracts
• Support the management and documentation of vessel contracts, including basic comparisons
• Carry out general administrative IT tasks and provide day-to-day support

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled at a university (please provide a valid certificate of enrollment).
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or another relevant field.
• Hands-on mentality, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and networks is a plus.
