- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Straßentransport
- Befähigung zum Verkehrsleiter
- Weitreichende Erfahrung in der Transportdisposition und in der Führung von Mitarbeitern in Disposition und Kundenservice
- Kenntnisse im temperaturgeführten Straßengüterverkehr
- Erfahrung mit Eigenfuhrpark und Frachtführern
- Kenntnisse im Transportrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit Speditionsprogrammen (TMS)
- Kommunikations- und Führungsstärke
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch
