About The Role

Join our client's team as a Senior HR Business Partner, where you'll collaborate with senior leadership and global HR teams to drive talent strategies and organizational development. Your role is crucial in fostering a high-performance culture and supporting business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult and coach leaders on employee relations and talent development.
• Drive HR programs and initiatives across multiple locations.
• Facilitate planning and meeting sessions.
• Influence and negotiate to solve complex business issues.
• Collaborate in a matrix organization to manage people and business challenges.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as a Senior HR Business Partner.
• Strong understanding of International employment law and experience with Works Councils.
• Fluency in German & English is essential.
• Demonstrated success in supporting a changing technology organization.
• Proven strategic thinking and coaching abilities for all employee levels.
• High degree of critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
• Experience in leadership development and group facilitation.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• French language skills would be advantageous.
