What you'll do
- Own the commercial performance of multiple Mindspace locations across the region, with accountability for revenue growth, occupancy, retention, and profitability
- Lead regional sales performance, pipeline management, pricing strategy, and forecasting while supporting complex deals and new location launches
- Track KPIs, budgets, and overall business performance, identifying opportunities to improve EBITDA and long-term revenue quality
- Lead and develop Community and Sales leadership teams, setting clear performance expectations and ensuring exceptional member experience across all locations
- Ensure operational excellence and consistently high hospitality standards across the region
- Partner closely with HQ and cross-functional teams to align regional execution with company goals, growth strategy, and best practices
- Build Mindspace's presence in the local market through partnerships, networking, business development, and strategic initiatives
- Support regional growth and expansion plans in collaboration with Real Estate, Design, and Operations teams
- Act as the key link between local teams and global leadership, bringing market insights, trends, and opportunities into the business across all locations
Requirements
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in management, sales leadership, or business development
- Proven track record of full P&L ownership and profitable growth in competitive, mature markets.
- Strong commercial leadership experience in sales-driven service environments.
- Experience managing multi-location teams.
- Strong financial discipline, forecasting capabilities, and high-performance management experience.
- Senior Leadership-level presence and ability to contribute to company-wide strategy.
- Deep understanding of the Munich flexible workspace market - a strong advantage.
