About the role

As an Intern in Digital Campaign Strategy (f/m/d), you will support our team in managing and optimizing our credit card campaigns (PAYBACK American Express & Visa). You will work in a data-driven way, analyze campaign performance, and help derive concrete optimization measures. At the same time, you will actively contribute to the further development of our reporting setups.

Your day-to-day tasks

• Campaign analysis & reporting: You independently maintain weekly reports, evaluate marketing activities and campaigns, analyze performance data, and derive optimization measures
• Data-driven optimization: You support the growth strategy of our credit card business
• Team collaboration: You independently manage and coordinate internal interfaces, communicate with our partners, and actively contribute your ideas
• Own projects: You take ownership of smaller projects, e.g. exploring new marketing channels

This role is a great fit if you...

• are currently studying Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a comparable field and are available for six months
• are an enthusiastic personality with the drive to push topics forward and develop new ideas
• ideally have first experience in online marketing and digital media
• enjoy working with numbers, data, and analyses and have a structured way of working
• have solid Excel skills and are confident using PowerPoint
• work independently and proactively drive topics forward
• are fluent in German and have a good command of English

Compensation

• Mandatory internship: €1,000 / month
• Voluntary internship: €2,224 / month
• Working student (Bachelor): €17 / hour
• Working student (Master): €20 / hour
