HSEQ Manager (all genders)
Your future tasks:
The HSEQ Manager supports assigned package(s) by ensuring effective implementation of HSEQ requirements across suppliers, contractors, and site activities.
- Drive quality reviews, performance monitoring, and management of HSEQ records in collaboration with Package Managers and site teams
- Ensure compliance with project HSEQ procedures, reporting systems, and the Project Quality Plan
- Act as the primary point of contact for quality matters within the assigned package(s)
- Support supplier and contractor audits, assessments, and improvement plans to ensure HSEQ compliance throughout the value chain
- Coordinate and support HSEQ site representatives in the execution of quality, health, safety, and environmental activities
- Oversee inspection and test plan acceptance criteria and manage quality documentation and records
- Identify, escalate, and where necessary reject non-conforming products, systems, or documentation that may impact quality, safety, or environmental performance
- Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and drive continuous improvement initiative
- Being the subject matter expert for functional areas of Mechanical ( bolting, dimensional tolerances, mechanical assembly, lubrication systems, vibration control, alignment) and/or Composite ( Composite materials, curing processes, bonding techniques, surface finish and leading-edge protection)
Your profile:
- MSc degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Marine, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent
- Long standing experience in composites manufacturing, including coatings and fiber repair
- Preferred: NDT Level 2 certification (ISO 9712) for visual inspection, ultrasonic testing, and phased-array ultrasonic testing
- Extensive professional background in manufacturing, inspection, and assembly of mechanical components
- Strong knowledge of dimensional tolerances, alignment, lubrication systems, and vibration behavior
- Preferred: ECITB Mechanical Joint Integrity (MJI) qualification
- Extensive experience implementing and auditing quality management systems
- Certified VDA 6.3 Auditor.
- Knowledge of APQP methodologies, such as APQP4Wind or equivalent automotive/aerospace standards
- Several years' experience in offshore wind projects
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
- International working experience
