As Team Lead Process Manufacturing Systems, you will assume both functional and disciplinary leadership of a global expert team within the Digital Process Development department. In this key role, you will drive the global harmonization and further development of process automation and digitalization systems, making a central contribution to the digital transformation of B. Braun's manufacturing landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and further develop the global expert team for Process Manufacturing Systems (functional & disciplinary).
  • Drive global implementation, harmonization, and standardization of Level-3 process automation systems to increase efficiency and advance digitalization across manufacturing sites.
  • Hold functional and organizational responsibility for global templates in collaboration with local projects, global stakeholders, and external vendors/consultants.
  • Support the department leadership in the development of digital processes, platforms, and organizational structures as part of the digital transformation.
  • Collaborate closely with company-wide digitalization initiatives such as Smart Manufacturing CoC, Intelligent Enterprise, and other strategic programs.
  • Manage budgets for global automation and technology rollout projects.


Technical Competencies
  • Develop and refine roadmaps for factory automation and digital efficiency improvements in GMP manufacturing environments.
  • Take global responsibility for template rollouts, including coordination with project managers, system suppliers, and process-responsible stakeholders.
  • Assess production sites regarding digital maturity and automation potential (Digital Plant Maturity Level).
  • Develop and standardize infrastructure and automation concepts in collaboration with IT and OT.
  • Ensure technical prerequisites for data storage and data usage in analytics systems.
  • Implement global IT/OT security policies and ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity.
  • Participate in relevant steering committees and working groups, providing regular reporting and presenting new opportunities and projects.
  • Document and communicate digital processes and standards in systems such as Signavio or Polarion.
