Working Student - Recruitment (m/f/d)

We're looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Talent Acquisition team as we scale. You'll play a hands-on role in keeping our recruitment processes moving, managing candidate communications, coordinating interview logistics, and ensuring every candidate has a smooth experience from first contact to final decision.

Your roadmap to make an impact

• Support the Recruitment team with tracking and maintaining the candidate pipeline within the ATS
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates post-interview and flag any pipeline blockers to the TA team
• Support with ATS automatons and optimization of a seamless workflow
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance and continuously improve the candidate experience
• Support for recruitment-related projects and operational activities as needed.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude and genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and People Operations.
• Fluent in English language is highly require, German is a plus
