• take responsibility for leading projects related to our Digital Engineering strategy
• contribute to the definition, further development, and continuous improvement of our Digital Engineering capabilities in line with the agreed roadmap
• act as a subject matter expert for selected Digital Engineering domains, methodologies, data models, and tools
• support cross-functional collaboration with Research & Development (R&D), Supply Chain, IT, and other stakeholders by providing technical and methodological expertise
• drive the implementation and operationalization of digital capabilities in projects, including methodologies, processes, data structures, and tools

Be our forward thinker

DU...

• hold a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical discipline
• have several years of professional experience applying digitalization or Digital Engineering approaches in complex, hardware-centric engineering environments
• bring solid hands-on experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts as well as engineering authoring and lifecycle systems such as Windchill, Teamcenter, Xpedition, or NX
• possess a strong understanding of engineering processes, data flows, and toolchains across the entire product lifecycle
• are fluent in English and have basic German language skills
