Wir vergrößern unser Kommunikationsteam: Zwei Bereiche, ein Team: Schwerpunkt Telefonzentrale - Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und ihre Tiere. Du prägst nachhaltig die Außendarstellung der Klinik, arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen medizinischen Fachabteilungen und Kunden. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Koordination der Sprechstunden- und Operationstermine mit den Patientenbesitzern am Telefon oder im direkten Kontakt mit Mensch und Tier am Empfang, der Verkauf von Futter sowie Medikamenten, die Pflege des Empfangsbereichs und der Apotheke inkl. der Warenannahme.
