• drive the operation of the Internal Efficiency Agile Release Train (ART) to achieve PI Objectives
• identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments
• facilitate ART events such as PI Planning and ensure effective collaboration across all stakeholders
• promote agile practices, flow, transparency, and continuous improvement across the ART
• define and use key metrics (e.g. predictability, quality, flow) to support decision-making and improvements

• have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• have experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or Software Project/Program Manager
• are experienced in leading cross-functional and distributed international teams
• are fluent in English and able to work effectively in global, intercultural teams
