- Design complex, high-performance PCB layouts based on specifications from circuit designers
- Define, maintain, and apply PCB design rules in accordance with IPC and ECSS standards
- Create and maintain schematic diagrams in close collaboration with hardware developers
- Generate complete manufacturing documentation, including drawings, bills of materials, and production data
- Develop and manage footprint libraries and component master data in line with internal design guidelines and manufacturing processes
- Review externally developed layouts and coordinate with external layout service providers
- Perform signal integrity and power integrity simulations using tools such as HyperLynx
