We are looking for a Manager ESG Accounting, Reporting & Controlling based in Bonn, Germany.
How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
- Preparing presentations and reports (TM1 / BI dashboards) and summarizing detailed analyses in a clear & concise management message.
- Provide support in terms of setting up internal controls to ensure data quality, as well as supporting the development internal control description and documentation.
- Support with ongoing updates to EU taxonomy, ESRS, as well as support with ESG audits managed by external partners.
- Continuously review ESG criteria for BCA processes and provide feedback to respective owners.
Do you have what it takes?
- 8+ years of Finance or ESG related experience (with Degree or 5-8 years work experience) with ideally experience in some area of ESG.
- Knowledge of the reporting systems of DPDHL (CREST; Express TM1; SAP; Cognos) will be under consideration, but it is not mandatory requirement.
- Ability to work under time pressure, short deadlines, high quality standards and various tasks at the same time.
- Good financial acumen and very strong analytical skills.
- Knowledgeable about data analytics and data visualization (deep Excel knowledge is a must, BI preferred).
- PC-Skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; Advanced Expert in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
- Language: English proficiency required. German not mandatory, but advantageous.
