Responsibilities
- Führung beider Teams Produktion und Lagerhaltung
- Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltstandards und Einhaltung aller Richtlinien
- Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation eines Produktionsteams inkl. Supervisors/Team Leads
- Verantwortung für die termingerechte Produktion in der geforderten Qualität
- Steuerung und Optimierung von Prozessen, Kosten, Qualität und Effizienz
- Analyse von Leistungskennzahlen sowie Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Förderung einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Quality, Operations und weiteren Schnittstellen
Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik oder einem anderen technisch basierten Studium oder bestandene Meisterprüfung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Führungsaufgaben im Bereich produzierende Chemie
- Fließend Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Starke Kommunikations-, Coaching- und Analysefähigkeiten
- Hands-on-Mentalität sowie ausgeprägtes Prozess- und Zahlenverständnis
- Sehr gute MS-Office- und Excel-Kenntnisse
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und Teamgeist
