For a period of 6 months we are seeking a curious and passionate individual to join our team as the

Puncher / Embroidery Specialist (f/m/d) and drive our business forward.

What Will Your Role Be

Customer service at scale requires clear, efficient, and adaptable processes. Customers interact across multiple channels, and touchpoints, and seamless experiences depend on workflows that connect people, systems, and technology. In this role, you own the design and continuous improvement of customer service processes, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. You shape how customer support teams operate, drive automation opportunities, and create structures that enable teams to deliver a consistent and effective customer experience across all segments.

What You'll Do
  • Create and digitize new embroidery designs, converting existing artwork and graphics into embroidery-ready files
  • Work with Tajima DG16 embroidery digitizing software
  • Serve as the design team's subject matter expert for all digitizing-related topics
  • Act as the main point of contact for our production team regarding the feasibility and implementation of your embroidery designs


What You'll Bring
  • You are passionate about embroidery digitizing and eager to apply your expertise in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with using Tajima DG16 and wilcom embroidery digitizing software to develop high-quality embroidery programs.
  • You have extensive experience creating embroidery digitizing files, ideally within the embroidery industry
  • You are highly proficient in common graphic design software and in creating vector artwork
  • You enjoy working in an international environment and are comfortable using English in your day-to-day work
