About the job:
Starting October 1, we are looking for a trainee for our two-year trainee program for pharmacy brands at our sales location in Frankfurt am Main. During the program, you will support our corporate communications and product PR activities as well as the eContent and pharmacy engagement business. You will learn and get in-depth insights into strategic business areas of a consumer healthcare company and work closely with the marketing and medical teams to grow our reputation and share of voice. Jump into real projects that influence how our brands show up on shelves and in homes around the world.
Main responsibilities:
About you:
Experience: Practical experience through internships, e.g. in a public relations or media agency, an editorial office or by working in corporate communications.
Skills: Strong communicative abilities, structured and efficient with an independent way of working while living team spirit. Ability to develop target group-specific content in text, images and video. Project management: confident handling of parallel projects along with reliable time management. Digital native with o365, social media, basic SEO/SEA and website marketing knowledge and a strong sense for new trends.
Education: You have recently graduated or are you about to complete your Master's degree in communications, journalism, humanities or media-related fields.
Languages: Strong writing skills and stylistically confident German and fluent English expression.

Main responsibilities:
- Active role in medical-scientific positioning of our products in the German media through responsible steering of press material approvals.
- Project management incl. conception and execution of various corporate events, including creation of text and visual content for internal & external corporate channels.
- Co-development and management of the training and application concept for the external HCP training platform Opella Academy incl. development of a media library for pharmacists and advertisement.
- Responsibility for newsletter creation and distribution for training offers; organisation of HCP events in Frankfurt as well as social media promotion of such activities.
- Creation and development of brand-compliant content for websites, information portals and e-commerce platforms; independent management of content projects and development of new assets based on the brand strategy and SEO excellence.
- Digital analysis & implementation: monitoring and reporting of digital KPIs using Google Analytics; conducting competitive analyses and coordinating content implementation.
- Outcome-oriented execution of projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as well as national and international agencies.
