Tasks:
We are seeking a Logistics Processes and Project Management Specialist (m/f/d) for our client at their Munich location.
The successful candidate (m/f/d) will be responsible for the following tasks and activities:
- Developing and implementing concepts to optimize processes in the areas of inbound goods, warehousing, packaging, shipping, and transportation management
- Independent execution of subprojects and preparation of project documentation at all Rail locations in the aforementioned areas
- Development and updating of process descriptions, as well as ensuring consistent processes
- Oversight, support, and continuous improvement of logistics processes at all Rail locations
Requirements:
- Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently, coordinate, and integrate with others; assertiveness
- Ability to integrate into a team
- High sense of responsibility, resilience, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Logistics Specialist: At least vocational training with many years of
professional experience or
Comparable Qualification: At least vocational training with many years of professional experience - Project Management: At least 4 years
- Supply Chain / Logistics: At least 4 years
- MS Excel: At least detailed, specialized knowledge
- MS Office: at least detailed, specialized knowledge
- MS PowerPoint: at least detailed, specialized knowledge
- MS Word: at least detailed, specialized knowledge
- SAP: at least detailed, specialized knowledge
- Very good knowledge of SAP WM, SD, and MM
- Experience with SAP HANA and EWM is desirable
- German: at least business fluent
- English: at least business fluent
