Package Owner / Package Manager CSA

• The Package Owner / Package Manager CSA will lead and coordinate the CSA package, including modifications, extensions and refurbishment works within an existing operational production facility across the full project lifecycle, from design development through construction, installation, commissioning
• Act as the main interface for all CSA topics between the client, internal project team, design consultants, contractors, authorities, production, quality and EHS.
• Coordinate and review CSA design deliverables, including layouts, floor plans, building modifications, room concepts, construction details and interface drawings.
• Plan and manage CSA works in brownfield areas, including demolition, dismantling, structural modifications, installation works and reinstatement activities.
• Coordinate interfaces with building services, utilities, process equipment, automation, fire protection, drainage, ventilation, refrigeration and other technical disciplines.
• Support the client in authority coordination and permitting activities.
• Ensure compliance with German building regulations, relevant codes, EHS requirements, hygiene requirements and food facility standards.
• Monitor package progress against agreed scope, cost, quality and schedule targets, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Coordinate construction sequencing and shutdown-related activities to minimize disruption to ongoing site operations.
• Oversee construction quality, site safety, contractor performance, inspections, punch lists, handover documentation and as-built records.

· Der Package Manager CSA leitet und koordiniert das CSA-Paket, einschließlich Umbauten, Erweiterungen und Sanierungsarbeiten innerhalb einer bestehenden, in Betrieb befindlichen Produktionsanlage über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus hinweg, von der Planung über die Bauausführung und Installation bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme.

· Er fungiert als zentrale Schnittstelle für alle CSA-Themen zwischen dem Auftraggeber, dem internen Projektteam, den Planungsbüros, den Auftragnehmern, den Behörden sowie den Bereichen Produktion, Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt und Gesundheitsschutz.

· Koordination und Überprüfung der CSA-Planungsleistungen, einschließlich Layouts, Grundrisse, baulicher Änderungen, Raumkonzepte, Konstruktionsdetails und Schnittstellenzeichnungen.

· Planung und Leitung von CSA-Arbeiten auf Brachflächen, einschließlich Abbruch, Demontage, baulicher Änderungen, Installationsarbeiten und Wiederherstellungsmaßnahmen.

· Koordination der Schnittstellen mit Gebäudetechnik, Versorgungsleitungen, Prozessanlagen, Automatisierung, Brandschutz, Entwässerung, Lüftung, Kältetechnik und anderen technischen Disziplinen.

· Unterstützung des Kunden bei der Koordination mit Behörden und bei Genehmigungsverfahren.

· Sicherstellung der Einhaltung deutscher Bauvorschriften, relevanter Normen, EHS-Anforderungen, Hygieneanforderungen und Standards für Lebensmittelbetriebe.

· Überwachung des Projektfortschritts im Hinblick auf vereinbarte Ziele hinsichtlich Umfang, Kosten, Qualität und Zeitplan sowie Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen, falls erforderlich.

· Überwachung der Bauqualität, der Sicherheit auf der Baustelle, der Leistung der Auftragnehmer, der Abnahmen, der Mängellisten, der Übergabedokumente und der Bestandsunterlagen.

· Koordination der Bauabfolge und der mit Stilllegungen verbundenen Aktivitäten, um Störungen des laufenden Betriebs vor Ort zu minimieren.

• Minimum 8 years' experience in design&construction management, preferably within food or regulated industries
• Proven track record managing technical packages (civil)
• Knowledge of German construction regulations (preferred), building codes, and food facility requirements
• Fluency in English, and German language skills is essential
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical discipline preferred

· Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Planung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Prozessanlagen in der Lebensmittelbranche oder in regulierten Industrien. Erfahrungen in der Lebensmittelindustrie, Bereich Milchwirtschaft von Vorteil.

· Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Leitung technischer Projektpakete (Bauwesen)

· Kenntnisse der deutschen Bauvorschriften (von Vorteil), der Bauordnungen und der Anforderungen an Lebensmittelbetriebe

· Fließende englische und deutsche Sprachkenntnisse

· Bachelor-Abschluss in Bauingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten technischen Fachgebiet von Vorteil
