Capacity expansion for a new production/filling line and revamp of an existing production/filling line in an existing production facility
PM Group sucht einen erfahrenen Package Manager Process (m/w/d) für ein Kapazitätserweiterungsprojekt in der Nahrungsmittelindustrie in Norddeutschland.
Es handelt sich um einen langfristigen freiberuflichen / projektbezogenen Vertrag (bis zu 24 Monate) am Standort unseres Kunden in Deutschland.
Das Projekt umfasst eine Kapazitätserweiterung innerhalb einer bestehenden Produktionsanlage. Der Auftragsumfang beinhaltet die Implementierung einer neuen sowie die Modernisierung einer bestehenden Produktions- und Abfüllanlage.
Das Projekt wird in einer Brownfield-Umgebung durchgeführt, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der sicheren Integration in den laufenden Betrieb, hygienischem Design, Betriebsbereitschaft und der Einhaltung der Standards der Lebensmittelindustrie liegt.

Responsibilities
- The Package Owner / Package Manager Process will lead and coordinate the process package across the full project lifecycle, from design development through construction, installation, commissioning, handover and start-up support.
- Lead and coordinate the full process package for the capacity expansion project, including new process equipment, upgrades to existing systems and interfaces with filling and packaging lines.
- Act as the main interface for all process-related topics between the client, internal project team, design consultants, equipment suppliers, contractors, EHS and commissioning teams.
- Coordinate key process design deliverables, including PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications, layouts and utility requirements.
- Oversee supplier documentation and technical specifications for process equipment.
- Plan and coordinate dismantling, installation, tie-ins, shutdowns and brownfield integration in an operational facility.
- Monitor scope, cost, quality and schedule, drive corrective actions, and support commissioning, start-up and handover.
• Der Package Manager Prozess leitet und koordiniert das Prozesspaket über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus hinweg, von der Planung über den Bau, die Installation, die Inbetriebnahme bis hin zur Übergabe an den Kunden.
• Leitung und Koordination des gesamten Prozesspakets für das Kapazitätserweiterungsprojekt, einschließlich neuer Prozessanlagen, Modernisierungen bestehender Systeme und Schnittstellen zu Abfüll- und Verpackungslinien.
• Zentrale Schnittstelle für alle prozessbezogenen Themen zwischen dem Kunden und allen internen und externen Projektbeteiligten.
• Koordination der wichtigsten Pakete der Prozessplanung, einschließlich PFDs, P&IDs, Anlagenspezifikationen, Layouts und Anforderungen an die Versorgungsmedien.
• Überwachung der Lieferantendokumentation und der technischen Spezifikationen für Prozessanlagen.
• Planung und Koordination von Demontage, Installation, Anbindungen, Stilllegungen und der Integration in eine bestehende Anlage.
• Überwachung von Lieferumfang, Kosten, Qualität und Zeitplan, Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen sowie Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahme, Anlauf und Übergabe.
Qualifications
- Experience in design and construction of production and filling lines within the Food (or pharmaceutical) industry. Experience in food, dairy is beneficial.
- Experience managing projects
- Fluency in English, and German language skills is essential
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering
- Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Planung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Prozessanlagen in der Lebensmittelbranche oder in regulierten Industrien. Erfahrungen in der Lebensmittelindustrie, Bereich Milchwirtschaft von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Fließende englische und deutsche Sprachkenntnisse
- Mindestens Bachelor-Abschluss in Verfahrenstechnik oder einem verwandten technischen Fachgebiet von Vorteil
