This role bends to your strengths. If you are the kind of person who, given a problem nobody has solved yet, starts moving instead of waiting for a brief, this is for you. From day one you own real problems that move the numbers we care about this quarter, not tasks someone hands down to you.

We move fast and value adaptability. None of these specializations are set in stone and nobody knows where your passions and strengths cross better than you. The constant across all of these: you get handed an ambiguous problem, you build the staircase yourself, and you own the outcome including the parts that don't work.

We care more about your intrinsic motivation and the urge to solve problems than we care about your current year or major.
We don't care whether you call yourself a generalist with one real spike or a specialist with unusual range. We care that you saw yourself somewhere in the lines above.

What you will do
It depends on whats Prio. The kinds of things our EiRs take on:
- GTM & Business Development. Build outbound motions from scratch, run experiments and report what worked, organize fairs/events, sit in on customer calls, and turn what you hear into the next campaign
- Strategy & Operations. Scale Atira and build 0 to 1 across many fronts: internal processes, branding, and the questions the founders haven't had time to answer yet
- People & Talent. Own a slice of how we find and assess the people who will define Atira. Source candidates for an open role, organize events, own branding and connect us into the ecosystem

What we are looking for

- You build staircases. When the path forward isn't obvious, you figure out the first few concrete steps and start, instead of waiting for someone to make the plan
- You've owned something real. A company or project you started, a leading role in a student initiative, a side build that shipped, or a job where you owned an outcome others would have delegated
- You're intellectually honest. You say "I don't know" instead of bluffing, and you flag what's actually going on before someone has to ask
- Full working proficiency in German and English
- You can commit to at least three months full-time, on-site in Munich
