Why you will learn more than anywhere else
Over the next 18 months, Atira will grow from a small, hand-picked team into a sizable venture across every dimension: building up our GTM team, scaling our top line, onboarding the first operational roles. Our founders and Chief of Staff will orchestrate this growth, and they need your leverage to operationalize every strategic topic and to manage the day-to-day intensity of early stage startup life.
What you'll do
A very strong and independent operator who gets things done. You bring structure to mess, you stay one step ahead, and you thrive at building things from the ground up. Consulting or startup background ideally, because both teach you to be useful in a room before anyone has asked you a question.
You will learn an enormous amount here, more than the next two years in any other environment would give you. Ask Sam, who just made the switch from BCG. He will tell you exactly the same. We also expect you to arrive with the basics already in place: independent, structured, comfortable in front of a customer, a real problem solver.

What you'll do
- Build and scale how Atira runs. On paper, scaling means more sales and a few more people. In reality, you will help define all the details that make or break a company: processes, events, office space, culture, strategy
- Own hiring alongside us. Scale means people. You will help define who we hire, when we hire, and how we hire. Ideally, you bring a network of great people you'd want to bring in yourself
- Build GTM with us. Sales is the single most important function of a company. You will help bring our GTM function to life, and you will get your hands dirty doing it: pipeline, materials, events, whatever moves revenue
- Be the founders' force multiplier. At this stage, a multitude of critical tasks is floating around every day. You will take ownership and pull a considerable chunk of work off the founders' plates, end to end, not as a helping hand but as the person responsible

Your profile
- 1 to 2 years at MBB, VC, Startup, or an equivalent high-performance environment
- You want more than the next case. You want to build something from the ground up and see it through, not parachute in, run a workstream, and leave someone else to live with the result
- Fluent in German and English
- Ideally: you have built something of your own, took a leading role in a student initiative, took ownership in a club, built an AI MVP, anything that signals "founder instinct"
