WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Bid & RFP Analysis - Review bid documents, assess requirements, and ensure a thorough understanding of the RFP process.
- Cost Estimation - Prepare labor estimates and evaluate project costs to support accurate and competitive proposals.
- Profitability Management - Assess cost effectiveness and develop estimates that support gross profit objectives.
- Proposal Preparation - Prepare bid submissions, compile supporting documentation, and ensure proposal quality and completeness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to develop estimates and resolve issues.
- Business Development - Support proposal targets through prospecting activities and engagement with potential customers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Relevant Experience - Experience in Estimation, Project Management, or Field Integration is preferred. Background in the Audio Visual or Construction industry is an advantage.
- Education - High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional technical or industry-related qualifications are beneficial.
- Organization & Time Management - Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Communication & Customer Focus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset. Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Technical Proficiency - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with SLEP RFP processes is a plus.
- Professionalism & Adaptability - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and thrive in a global or complex matrix environment.
