As a Learning Consultant, you will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, diagnosing performance challenges and designing solutions that drive business outcomes. You will bring a consultative mindset, combining analytical thinking with strong relationship management to influence decision-making and deliver high-quality solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business goals, performance challenges, and learning needs
  • Conduct performance diagnostics and identify root causes
  • Translate business requirements into effective learning and performance solutions
  • Provide expert consultancy on both training and non-training interventions
  • Collaborate with SMEs to design and develop impactful solutions
  • Present proposals and recommendations with confidence and clarity
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and assumptions across workstreams
  • Deliver work to agreed timelines and quality standards
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across the client organisation and internal teams

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in learning consultancy or performance improvement
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business needs
  • Experience managing complex workstreams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong digital literacy

Desirable

  • Knowledge of organisational development principles
  • Experience working with project methodologies
  • Experience in blended learning design

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Training, or Business).
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on performance consulting.
  • Demonstrated success in diagnosing performance issues and developing effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in learning design tools and technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Engage with senior leaders to understand business strategies and performance gaps.
  • Build strong relationships and provide constructive feedback to stakeholders.

  • Guide and advise on learning interventions and non-training strategies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop innovative solutions.
