R&D Scientist (m/f/d)

Join our Business Unit Catalysts at our site in Heufeld (Germany) where you will shape the future of sustainable catalytic solutions as our new R&D Scientist (m/f/d).

In this role, you will lead R&D development programs which focus on sustainable catalytic solutions for different hydrogenation applications, for example in the area of manufacturing of intermediates out of renewables and recyclables.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D projects for development of new and innovative catalysts
• Prepare and test respective catalysts in different scales - from lab to Pilot
• Support recipe scale up and product transfer from R&D to production
• Leading a team of laboratory assistants and technicians - definition of operational tasks and setting priorities
• Technical support to our production and sales teams
• Ensure documentation of results and communication to relevant stakeholders
• Cooperate with diversified interdisciplinary, global teams as well as engineering and academic partners
