Position

As an HR Working Student (m/f/d) in Core HR, you will support initiatives that enhance employee growth, performance, and engagement. You will contribute to training programs, HR analytics, and performance management processes, while helping to build data-driven insights and scalable HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support training and development programs (market research, planning, coordination, evaluation)

  • Assist with performance management processes and review cycles

  • Contribute to HR analytics (reporting, dashboards, data insights)

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and surveys

  • Assist in skills and competency mapping projects

  • Contribute to HRIS implementation and optimisation initiatives

  • Support compensation & benefits analysis and benchmarking

  • Assist in conflict management processes and documentation

Your Profile

  • Enrolled in a degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field

  • Strong interest in learning, development, and people analytics

  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Confident with MS Office (especially Excel); HR tools are a plus

  • Experience with project management tools

  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)

  • Level of Study: Candidates should be Bachelor's or Master's students with at least 1,5-2 full years remaining in their studies.

  • First experience in HR, L&D, or analytics

  • Interest in employee experience, performance, and development

  • Experience with HRIS or survey/analytics tools
