The SRM Head is responsible for defining and leading implementation of the holistic Cluster SRM agenda to drive value
creation requirements. The role focuses on accelerating profitable category growth for us and our customers via
optimizing Pricing strategies, Mix, driving Promotional and Trade terms effectiveness. Leverages all SRM levers in
alignment with business strategies and to achieve business goals and objectives while considering the competitive
landscape and consumer behavior. Owns Enterprise SRM capability development roadmap and delivery.

What are we looking for?
- Line Manage SRM Team: builds and leads high performing SRM team, fostering high trust and collaborative culture, defines strong talent agenda
- Drive SRM Capabilities build and nurture SRM mindset across the DACH Cluster using Global standards / best in class materials and partnering with Global & Regional Team. Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across functions to ensure successful execution of SRM initiatives
SRM Leadership:
- Lead the development of cluster SRM holistic strategy and plan across the 4 SRM growth pillars to ensure delivery of business goals and financial targets.
- leads SRM strategic targets definition Y+1/Y+3 by Market & Cell including defining market targets from cluster AEP commitments.
- Represent SRM in the S&OP+ cycle and lead Cluster SRM Council to monitor critical decision/follow through at Cluster/Market re 4 SRM Pillars
- Partners with Category Leadership and Customer Teams in priority customer conversations, negotiation plans, and selling stories (sell-ins)
- Owns Local customer pricing, signs off Pack/Pricing Architecture developed in Partnership with Portfolio & Activation to ensure right balance between market competitiveness and margin growth
- Signs off Promotional strategy and Playbook to drive growth and promo ROI.
- Partners with Sales, S&F and SOPS to drive Trade terms effectiveness
- Manages & monitors SRM initiative dashboard & KPIs, embedding market level SRM processes & tools for capabilities building
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree is an advantage
- Proven experience in Strategic Revenue Management or similar roles in FMCG or CPG industries, 5 yrs+. Additional Sales and Demand experience is an advantage
- Strong expertise in pricing strategies, promotions, profitability analysis and trade architecture management
- Strong in strategic insight and business acumen
- Highly analytical with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong collaboration skills balanced with ability to stand alone
- Fluency in English language
