About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Retailer & PoS Marketing Manager to drive retail marketing excellence across our dealer network in Germany. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing retailer-focused marketing initiatives that increase lead generation, test drives, showroom traffic, and sales conversions while ensuring brand consistency and strong retailer engagement.
The successful candidate will act as the key interface between central marketing teams and retail partners, translating national strategies into effective local market execution and delivering measurable business results through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Retailer & PoS Marketing Execution
- Develop, coordinate, and optimize retailer marketing activities across the dealer network.
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, retailer events, product launches, and test-drive activations.
- Support retailers in implementing marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and sales performance.
- Ensure timely and consistent rollout of national campaigns at local retail level.
Brand Management & Local Market Adaptation
- Safeguard brand guidelines and corporate identity across all retailer marketing activities.
- Adapt marketing programs to local market conditions while maintaining brand consistency.
- Provide retailers with marketing tools, assets, and best-practice guidance.
Retailer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for retail partners and dealer groups.
- Build strong relationships with retailers to understand business needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Facilitate effective communication between central marketing, sales teams, and retailers.
Performance Marketing & ROI Optimization
- Monitor and evaluate retailer marketing performance using relevant KPIs and reporting tools.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness, lead generation metrics, retail traffic, and conversion rates.
- Develop insights and recommendations to improve marketing efficiency and maximize return on investment.
- Support budget planning, allocation, and performance tracking.
Lower-Funnel & Conversion Marketing
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
- Drive activities that increase test-drive bookings, showroom visits, qualified leads, and retail sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with CRM and digital marketing teams to improve lead management and nurturing processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, Retail Operations, CRM, Digital Marketing, and external agencies.
- Share best practices and support continuous improvement across the dealer network.
- Contribute to strategic planning and retailer performance enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Dealer Network Marketing.
- Proven track record in managing marketing programs across multi-location retail environments or dealer networks.
- Strong experience in Point-of-Sale (PoS) marketing, local campaign implementation, retailer activations, and event management.
- Demonstrated success in lower-funnel marketing, including lead generation, retail traffic generation, and conversion optimization.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, lead management systems, and customer lifecycle programs.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, dashboard creation, performance analysis, and budget tracking.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to drive marketing decisions and ROI improvements.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and campaign performance measurement tools.
