Your Mission
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations while delivering high-quality support to employees, managers, and internal stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the HR Operations team in day-to-day activities and contributing fresh ideas to continuously improve processes and ways of working.
- Managing employee data, HR records, and administrative processes with a high degree of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and compliance at all times.
- Coordinating and supporting non-employee management processes.
- Prioritizing multiple tasks effectively, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high level of service quality in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Taking a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and driving operational excellence through continuous process improvements.
- Collaborating closely with the HR team to ensure efficient execution of HR operations and administrative activities.
- Providing timely and professional support to employees and internal stakeholders on HR-related matters.
Your Profile
- Initial professional experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a comparable function, and/or a completed degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Human Resources; experience in a research, technology, or international environment is considered an advantage.
- International experience across different functions and/or countries is a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a collaborative mindset and strong intercultural awareness, particularly in European and Asian working environments.
- Openness and adaptability to working in a diverse and international environment.
- Fluent English language skills; German and/or Chinese language skills are an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of German labor law and immigration or visa-related processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools.
