Developing technical solutions for customer and market requirements
Defining requirements and plant engineering parameters for new systems based on existing or new systems
Coordinating and clarifying technical questions raised by the sales team in collaboration with internal technical departments
Developing concepts, assessing feasibility, and proactively devising new technical solutions
Design of customer solutions for fire prevention, fire detection, and gas suppression systems as part of national and international projects
Handover and training on the tested customer solution to the sales organization
Assuming project leadership and comprehensive project management of internal projects
Collaborating on the integration of customer solutions and new concepts into new sales programs
Ongoing adaptation of existing core processes, systems, and services
What characterizes you
A completed technical degree (e.g., industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) or comparable technical vocational training (e.g., technician (m/f/d))
At least 2 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in plant engineering
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Proficiency in MS365 and basic business knowledge, ideally with experience using the Business Central inventory management system
Planning and organizational skills, conceptual thinking and action, as well as a high degree of personal responsibility and flexibility
A meticulous approach to work, intercultural competence, and strong time management and self-management skills
A confident demeanor, characterized by the ability to motivate others and perseverance
