What you can expect from us
Overall responsibility for establishing and strategically developing an internationally oriented HR function for the entire WAGNER Group
Leading, developing and motivating the teams responsible for HR management, administration and development
Developing and implementing a forward-looking, international HR and staff development strategy
Ensuring a legally compliant, efficient and service-oriented HR organization (processes, systems, structures), including payroll and time management
Ensuring compliance with all statutory, collective agreement and internal requirements across national and international subsidiaries
Managing central HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle
Ensuring the sustainable training and development of employees worldwide
Responsibility for the HR budget, cost control and reporting tailored to the needs of senior management and stakeholders
Advising management on strategic and employment law issues
Positioning HR as a reliable business partner in close collaboration with managers and specialist departments
Supporting transformation, change and organisational development initiatives in an international context
Promoting a value-driven, high-performing and inclusive corporate culture
What characterizes you
A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, Business Psychology or a comparable qualification
Several years' management experience in senior HR roles, ideally within medium-sized, industrial and international organisations
A proven track record of success in developing high-performing teams and in collaborating with senior management as a strategic sparring partner on HR matters
Extensive experience across the entire strategic and operational HR value chain
In-depth knowledge of labour, tax and social security law
Experience in establishing and further developing international HR structures
Strong expertise in transformation, change management, and organizational and cultural development
A strong ability to navigate dynamic organisational structures with confidence and actively shape change processes
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
Strong interpersonal skills and personality - empathetic, persuasive, authentic and team-oriented
Business-fluent German and English
