Tasks
You will work in the Vice President's office, supporting his Executive Assistant and management team. The role offers the opportunity to gain insights into Lufthansa Group's B2B sales processes while contributing to strategic initiatives and projects.
Your tasks include:
- Relieving the office team of routine and administrative tasks
- Research, preparation, content development, and design of speeches and presentations
- Planning, organization and support of meetings, conventions and conferences, and their follow-up
- Support of projects and task forces within the Home Markets
Requirements
You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program in aviation management, economics, marketing, cultural studies or comparable at the time of the internship
- Matriculation for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of matriculation and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- You are creative, good communicator, and perform well in a fast-paced environment handling a multitude of topics simultaneously
- You possess the ability to familiarize yourself quickly with new tasks and circumstances, organize yourself, and are a quick learner
- You are proficient in the usage of common Microsoft Office 365 tools Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Word. Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
- You are fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken
