Your tasks?

• As a working student (d/m/f/x), you will actively contribute to the development and implementation of innovative AI solutions for vehicle validation.
• Your responsibilities include the conceptual design and development of prototypes as well as minimum viable products (MVPs).
• In addition, you will support the team in data engineering by designing, further developing, and optimizing data pipelines for vehicle and sensor data.
• Another key aspect of your role is the analysis of complex datasets, where you identify patterns and derive relevant features for models.
• Furthermore, you will be involved in the development, training, and evaluation of machine learning and deep learning models, for example in the context of predictive maintenance or anomaly detection.
• In addition, you will monitor current trends in the field of AI and contribute new ideas and impulses to the team.

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a comparable field.
• In addition, you have solid knowledge of Python, particularly in working with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and ideally TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Initial hands-on experience in data engineering (e.g., with data pipelines, SQL, or Databricks) and/or in data science, especially machine learning or deep learning, is an advantage.
• You stand out through strong analytical thinking as well as a structured and independent way of working, and you enjoy collaborating in a team.
• You also have a strong interest in the automotive industry, modern technologies, and artificial intelligence.
• Ideally, you complement your profile with knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as very good written and spoken German and English skills.
