Construction Manager- Offshore Wind (all genders)

Your future tasks:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the construction package, from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with project objectives and Skyborn's delivery model.
• Establish and resource a high-performing construction organisation, securing internal and external capabilities aligned to delivery needs.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, quality, and company standards, embedding governance across all construction activities.
• Own performance management across scope, schedule, budget, and quality, providing structured reporting and proactive issue resolution.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and interface management, coordinating closely with package managers, functions, and external parties.
• Manage risks, documentation, and execution readiness, including permitting support, resource onboarding, decision tracking, and seamless O&M handover preparation

Your profile:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline, with relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA) considered an advantage.
• Several years of experience managing construction packages within large-scale offshore wind or comparable infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of offshore wind construction processes, including Transport & Installation (T&I) and commissioning activities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contractors in complex, multi-package project environments.
• Solid knowledge of HSE standards and regulatory frameworks, ensuring safe and compliant project execution.
• Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills in multicultural environments, combined with strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and willingness to work internationally.
