Working Student IT Support (all genders) - Cloud & Platform Engineering

Join us as a Working Student IT Support (all genders) in our Cloud & Platform Engineering team and help shape the future of autonomous mobility!

You will join the Cloud & Platform Engineering team at MOIA, which connects the workforce through digital technologies and the best-in-breed workplace solutions. We have MDM in place, using Okta for identity management and Microsoft 365 and Slack to collaborate. We run everything in the cloud, avoid onpremises hardware, and we use SSO and MFA for all services wherever possible. This IT infrastructure provides a solid foundation for growth.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day IT requests and questions in our Berlin office.
• Assist with newbie onboarding and offboarding.
• Contribute to Digital Workspace projects.
• Monitor the IT Support queue for requests and resolve arising IT issues and questions.
• Help with the audio-visual setup of bigger hybrid meetings and events.

What will help you to fulfill your role

• You are currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's program.
• To support your personal development and for you to take ownership of projects and processes, you should be enrolled for at least one year.
• Previous experience with at least one of our key tech areas (Okta, MacOS, Jamf, M365, Atlassian suite).
• Familiar with troubleshooting software and hardware issues in the MacOS / Apple environment.
• Approachable, enjoys helping others with a solution-oriented attitude.
• Motivated to learn and not afraid to offer ideas and try new approaches.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (C1).
• Experience using Microsoft Teams for video conferencing and hybrid events is a plus.
