Take on a key leadership role in Contract & Claim Management, driving commercial success across complex projects throughout their entire lifecycle. As a Senior Manager, you will shape strategies, mitigate risks, and act as a trusted advisor to project leadership and stakeholders.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for contract and claim management across the entire project lifecycle
• Analysis, evaluation, and enforcement of contractual claims, as well as defense against unjustified claims
• Identification and assessment of risks and opportunities in contracts, and development of appropriate mitigation measures
• Leading and supporting contract negotiations with clients, partners, and suppliers
• Advising project management and relevant stakeholders on contractual and claim-related matters
• Establishing and further developing processes, methods, and standards in contract and claim management

Show your expertise

• Completed degree in Business Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years (at least 8-10 years) of professional experience in contract and claim management, ideally in a project-driven environment
• In-depth knowledge of contract law (e.g., BGB, VOB, FIDIC) and experience with complex contract structures
• Strong negotiation skills and confident presence at management level
• Analytical thinking skills along with a structured and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
