What We're Looking For

We're looking for a motivated (Junior) Sales Manager who ideally has some first experience in successfully acquiring new customers. You'll support our team in developing and executing our sales strategy while learning how to build lasting customer relationships. Together with experienced colleagues, you'll develop a deep understanding of our SaaS solution and our target audience's needs. You'll work closely across departments with the Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product Management teams - both synchronously and asynchronously.

Your Responsibilities

  • Help expand our market presence, with a focus on the hospitality industry

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential new customers

  • Support the full sales process - from first contact to proposal creation (with guidance from experienced team members)

  • Meet personal goals and sales KPIs

  • Use modern sales methods and data-driven approaches to win new customers

  • Maintain and regularly update the pipeline in our CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting

  • Represent Customer Alliance at relevant events and trade shows

What You Bring

Motivation & Willingness to Learn:

  • Genuine interest in sales, customer communication, and the SaaS industry

  • Drive to keep learning and continuously grow

Experience:

  • Some hands-on experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles

  • A basic understanding of the B2B SaaS environment, particularly around recurring revenue and growth models, is a plus

  • Experience in HotelTech or the hospitality industry is a strong advantage

Communication & Relationship Management:

  • Clear, persuasive communication skills and the ability to get internal and external stakeholders excited

  • Proven ability to manage a wide range of business relationships

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus

Creativity & Curiosity:

  • Out-of-the-box thinking and a passion for quality, innovation, and engagement

  • Enthusiasm for technology, AI and business strategy
